RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

In Collaboration with AD NOVA LTD

Création par AD NOVA LTD

Kazita Apartments is a long-awaited and rare opportunity to indulge in coastal living in one of Grand Baie’s most desirable locations, Pereybere. This boutique collection of 15 sophisticated apartments with 3 bedrooms each, set only a short distance from the beach is aimed at both a local and foreign buyers markets. Using the latest trends in both architecture and interior design, each space brings in its own visual accent with its selection of natural and organic appeals. Unlike other large scale apartment developments in the area, these apartments afford a greater sense of privacy and seclusion, surrounded by century-old trees.

As part of an additional bespoke offering, I created an elaborate and inspiring collection (the Interior Deco Pack) of unconventional solutions to maximise the space into an impressive welcoming home. My concept was to walk within the space and notice a harmony of materials with refreshing choices ready to conquer the interior, by utilizing the latest trends (back in 2019) in colours, an infusion of caramel with emerald touches as a 1st option and as a second choice, I proposed a set of grey tones. Throughout the space, there is a warmth of furniture with modern geometry and style detailed to bring in character to the interior. We stressed on the durability and beautiful finishes of wood that bring back the nostalgia of nature. There is a magnificent ingenious solution of modular furniture to optimise space usage for comfort, as well as proper circulation.

MY ROLE IN THIS PROJECT:

Assigned as the Interior Architect in charge of the interior Space Planning and Deco Pack (two different concepts). I was also requested to help the Real Estate Team with the brochure and 3D perspectives.
