Le Pescatore, the epitome of fine dining, is situated at Trou aux Biches on the North West coast of Mauritius.

You will be fascinated by the sheer beauty of the surrounding. Moreover, the décor of the restaurant is light and elegant - which contributes to the chic atmosphere of the place. Beautifully decorated with a panoramic view of the horizon from its Creole veranda, Le Pescatore, is renowned not only for its refined atmosphere but above all for its culinary specialties and own "savoir-faire" of its Chef. The restaurant has become well known around the world by the great number of famous personalities, who choose to dine there and form part among its numerous regular guests.

 

This masterpiece's interior was designed by Allan Smith years back. I was approached to redesign the interior and give it a modern touch. The furniture was repaired and touched up once again by Furnitech Ltd (Allan Smith & team) under my supervision. One of a restaurant’s most valuable secret weapon for attracting, satisfying and retaining customers is its interior design. The aesthetic of this restaurant communicates an experience to visitors and is considered a critical extension of its brand image. If customers love the vibe, they’ll share their experience with their friends and followers. I also took the opportunity to create a concept that would blend with the amazing view of the beach that accompanies you throughout your journey. Enjoy the good food at Pescatore!

MY ROLE IN THIS PROJECT:

Assigned as the Interior Architect to take all the measurements on site, reproduce the 2D for blue prints and redesign the space. The site works were also conducted under my supervision.
